The Government of Georgia will host the 5th OGP Global Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 17-19, 2018. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for leaders from OGP’s 76 participating countries, local governments, and beyond to exchange ideas on how they are making their governments more transparent, accountable, and responsive to citizens.

Natalie is a Technical Adviser for the CoST International Secretariat and Country Manager for Cost Ukraine. As Technical Adviser, she provides support to current and prospective countries, covering areas such as the multi-stakeholder approach, open data platforms and communicating key messages. She also represents CoST at the PIARC World Road Association, where she promotes transparency, integrity and accountability in her role on the Performance of Transport Administrations Technical Committee. As Country Manager for CoST Ukraine Natalie has developed strong practical experience of the challenges and opportunities for transparency and accountability in public infrastructure. She led the launch of Ukraine’s online disclosure platform, Transparent Infrastructure, which hosts data from Ukraine’s procurement platform ProZorro and incorporates both the CoST Infrastructure Data Standard and Open Contracting Partnership’s Open Contracting Data Standard. A lawyer by profession, Natalie spent four years working in corporate law and twelve years in the business sector, where she was the director of a wood processing company in Ukraine. She joined CoST in January 2016.
