Emilie Cazenave is the international partnerships coordinator at the High Authority for transparency in public life, in its Legal and studies division. This division’s missions are to manage the legal activities, provide expertise to declarants and public institutions, notably with regard to conflicts of interest and regulation of revolving doors, to draft studies and reports and coordinate activities and expert missions at the international level. 
Prior to occupying this position, she worked at the College of Europe in Belgium after graduating both from the College itself and from Sciences Po Bordeaux. The High Authority is a founding member of the Network for Integrity and is currently holding the vice-presidency and the secretariat.
