The Government of Georgia will host the 5th OGP Global Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 17-19, 2018. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for leaders from OGP’s 76 participating countries, local governments, and beyond to exchange ideas on how they are making their governments more transparent, accountable, and responsive to citizens.

Urban Governance Manager
Daniely Votto is the Urban Governance Manager at WRI Brasil Cities Program. She coordinates local and national projects focused on governance, transparency, gender and civil society participation and supports the Cities Team in Brazil on how to implement more people-centered projects.

Before joining the team, she worked for several years in International Relations (IR) and Strategy positions, especially as Head of Municipality of Porto Alegre International Affairs Office, at the Federation of Industries of Paraná and as a Special IR Advisor for the Governor of Rio Grande do Sul. Besides, she was UNESCO Brazil as Project Manager and produced the first TEDxCuritiba.

Daniely graduated from PUC-RS and holds an B.A. in Law, with a Masters in Social Science, focusing her research on Participatory Budgeting, and Specialization in Philosophy and Civil Law. She is a passionate runner and feminist, but above all, crazy about cats.
