Committed to good societies and creative collaboration across cultures, Olivia Baciu has substantial expertise in transitional governance and institution building with a focus on collaborative multi-stakeholder governance and change processes, transparent and accountable local institutions, and organizational development and resiliency, having worked in 27 countries throughout the globe with central and local governments, international agencies, civil society organizations, and multi-sectorial coalitions. Since 2009, as anti-corruption practitioner and mentor, Olivia empowered local practitioners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia, Ukraine to facilitate the application of an inventive, yet rational and ultimately effective solution to the challenge of corruption, engaging government officials as partners and strategists, and civil servants as diagnosticians, to treat and prevent corruption in their public organizations. Having participated as an institutional member of the Partners Network for over 10 years, she currently advises PartnersGlobal, (a US-based international development organization and founding member of the Partners Network,) on their work on preventing corruption in Central America and West Africa. Olivia serves as a Master Trainer, Facilitator and Evaluator for Partners’ global portfolio, and accompanies many of the Partners Network members in their organizational resiliency and good governance programming.
