I am an anti-corruption expert at Armenian Lawyers’ Association which coordinates the secretariat of the Armenian CSO’s Anti-Corruption Coalition. I am one of the initiators and implementers of the recent key anti-corruption reforms in RA, including criminalization of illicit enrichment, passing of the law on “Corruption Prevention Commission”, introduction of the mechanisms of whistleblowers’ protection, partial introduction of the concept of the beneficial ownership in public procurement sector and dozens of other reforms, mainly in business sector. Due to our dedicated work, the UNCAC Coalition has described us as an exemplary player in the fight against corruption. I also coordinate the business whistleblowing website www.bizprotect.am/en. Currently I am an EaP Civil Society Fellow 2018 in the frameworks of which I will implement project aimed at the introduction of the institute of beneficial ownership in Armenia in order to boost free economic competition in RA and fight against de facto monopolies and oligopolies. I am also a member of Armenian Bar Association and host of the program “Legal Week”. I am an author/co-author of approximately 10 publications in the fields of fight against corruption and good governance.
