The Government of Georgia will host the 5th OGP Global Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 17-19, 2018. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for leaders from OGP’s 76 participating countries, local governments, and beyond to exchange ideas on how they are making their governments more transparent, accountable, and responsive to citizens.

Spotlight on Reformers and Tools: Delivering Public Services, Impact through Open Government
This session highlights innovative projects undertaken and tools built by reformers in government and civil society to tackle some of big open government challenges their countries face. The reformers will be sharing details of their initiatives through creative storytelling formats - TED-style talks, pitches, and reverse pitches, fireside chats, and stories. This session hopes to providing inspiring entry points to spark conversations around new networks and ideas that you could consider adapting in your own jurisdictions and contexts. This particular spotlight session will showcase stories of initiatives that looked to improve access to and quality of public services across several countries including Costa Rica, France, Greece, Portugal. The session will also help raise question around releasing data on and measuring impact of these initiatives, and share a couple of efforts that have been made on this in specific sectors.
