Team Leader, Board member
Georgia
I am former civil servant having an opportunity to be engaged in the series of reforms within the years of 2006-2015 aiming at improvement of public service design and delivery at central and local level. I have gained a hand-on experience in design of the public service, which have changed the perception and the concept of public service delivery in Georgia, through managing large scale public administration and democratic governance programs and projects in cooperation with, among others; EU, UNDP, USAID, OSCE, UNHCR, UNICEF, Sida, GIZ. Apart from it more than ten years I am engaged in planning and coordinating strategic projects with focus on capacity building, development, e-governance and self-government empowerment. During these years I had an opportunity to gain substantial experience in monitoring and evaluation, public administration and inclusive governance reform planning and designing and implementation. To this date I work for local non-governmental/consulting organization - IRC on institutional capacity building of service provider state institutions, as in Georgia, as abroad, applying innovative approaches in public service design and delivery acknowledged as the good practice in the field.
