The Government of Georgia will host the 5th OGP Global Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 17-19, 2018. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for leaders from OGP’s 76 participating countries, local governments, and beyond to exchange ideas on how they are making their governments more transparent, accountable, and responsive to citizens.

Gladys Honey Selosa is a social accountability practitioner since 2004. She specializes in the design, development and implementation of tools under the thematic areas of infrastructure and education. Gladys' range of experience and interest covers public financial management, including participatory budgeting, procurement monitoring, contract monitoring, social audits and participatory audits. She is also a resource person for capability-building activities related to the procurement law of the Philippines. Gladys has two certificate courses on tool development for good governance and social accountability from the Coady International Institute in Canada. She currently manages CheckMyBarangay, a participatory governance project and CheckMySchool, an education monitoring initiative. Both projects encourage the use the offline and online citizen participation modes. She is also part of the team that implements the Citizen Participatory Audit Project of ANSA-EAP in partnership with the Commission on Audit.
