The Government of Georgia will host the 5th OGP Global Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia, on July 17-19, 2018. The Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for leaders from OGP’s 76 participating countries, local governments, and beyond to exchange ideas on how they are making their governments more transparent, accountable, and responsive to citizens.

Improving the design and quality of public services, coupled with efforts to foster public participation through closing the feedback loop, is a process that enables government to build a real bridge connecting each and every citizen. Estonia and Georgia undertook comprehensive reforms of public service delivery leading to a transformation of the sector. This high level panel will focus on achievements, challenges and future visions on service delivery. It will showcase Georgian, Estonian, and international experiences on transforming public service delivery. It will present key elements of reform resulting in efficient, innovative and citizen-oriented service delivery. The panel will also focus on innovative service delivery models for rural areas, e-government development and citizens platforms.
