One of the critical challenges in elaborating NAPs is ensuring authentic co-creation and offering chances for civic engagement in implementation and monitor over government commitments. How can governments work together with CSOs to ensure that NAPs are co-created and overseen following OGP standards? Who should be brought to the table and how should members be selected? What are the criteria of breadth and representativeness that each of the actors involved should fulfill? What does the experience tell us about the most recent developments? These questions are at the core of this session, which aims to explore different methodologies for building Multi-Stakeholder Forums.
