How to incorporate Open Justice practices that contribute to a paradigm of public administration in line with the current democratic model? How to build a more accessible, responsive and inclusive justice administration system? The panel aims to provide answers through the Council's participation in the III OGP National Action Plan (2017), and the challenges of the Judicial Powers to consolidate an Open Justice agenda, considering their delay in adopting policies of transparency and access to information. Our goal is to share these best practices and experiences, and contribute to the consolidation of a paradigm shift, in a collaborative way.
