Barbara Paes
Bárbara Paes is a project assistant at ARTICLE 19 Brazil. She works with transparency, access to information and women's rights. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations from the University of Sao Paulo and is the co-founder of Minas Programam - a project to increase female participation in technology. She is also a part of the 2018 Women Deliver Young Leaders Program.
